Rooted Mind Body was created to help the people of Austin live stress-free. 

Yoga and meditation are great tools to help you practice mindfulness, living in the present moment, and coping with stress. We hope to help people use yoga and other leisure practices to develop healthy stress management skills. 

We are living in a world where we need to practice how to deal with so many things going on in our local and global communities. Join us online to learn some stress management, yoga, and meditation to bring with you into your life.
